These 20 Awakening Practices are effective and powerful. They are also easy to apply to your daily life. They support you in moving through life with deliberate awareness. They encourage you to move out of ‘spiritual or psychological’ concepts and into the actual experience of living more joyfully in the moment. They help you become more resilient and better able to deal with difficulties that arise in daily life. Each one of these practices can be utilized over and over again. They never become ‘old’ or ‘outdated’ and they will give you a different experience each time you apply them to your daily life. They are meant for novices and long-time practitioners alike. All of these practices can be practiced alone or with others. They don’t require a teacher. They aren’t embedded in any organizational trappings. They don’t require that you ‘believe’ in them to practice them. All of them help cultivate and balance one of the five different ‘awakening’ life-skills of being clear, present, real, heart-directed, and connected.
